Fruit and Orchard Program Information

CAEP fruit and orchard placements include work with a variety of small fruit, soft fruit, and orchard fruit such as apples. These include smaller farm operations to larger commercial production operations. Farms typically use downloaded weather data and computer applications for pest management and other key farming decisions. A diversity of marketing options are available from learning about farmers markets, visitor tours, and wholesale packing and delivery.
