Western Breeding Farm Information

Opportunities to learn about collecting stallions, preparing semen, and inseminating mares, as well as assisting in foaling, imprinting and halter breaking foals, starting young horses in ground work and under saddle, and showing/sales placements provided throughout the U.S. Most placements are 12 months in length. January to June is the breeding season. July to December offer opportunities to assist with sales preparation and care of young horses.
